All of our agents are CARS Certified and follow the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Our team is continuously being trained on proper recovery procedures. Our company has also invested heavily in state-of-the-art license plate recognition (LPR) technology. Our company scans more license plates in Texas than any other agency due to our 75+ LPR camera systems. We currently scan over 8 million license plates a month in Texas. This investment has created tremendous advantages when vehicles are not where they are supposed to be. We have historical scans on nearly 80% of the cases we receive. Our company also has a plan in place to become the largest DRN LPR data collector in the nation. We are currently number 2 in the nation in scans.
